You can also feel free to use a template from your organization. Please bring your presentation on a thumb drive 15 minutes prior to the session’s start time.

AUDIOVISUAL EQUIPMENT IN SESSION ROOMS
All technical session rooms are equipped with a LCD projector, screen and a laptop. Presenters MUST bring their presentation on a thumb drive or have an HDMI capable laptop to use to present your presentation.
